Stepping Stones
At Stepping Stones, we believe early childhood educators shape the future.
We are always looking for caring, dedicated people to join our team across our five centres. You will receive training, a supervision session with your centre coordinator every two months and an appraisal every six months. We encourage further study, which opens the way to promotion within Stepping Stones, and we make time for team building and staff outings throughout the year.
Who can apply?
Level 4 Educators
An MQF Level 4 childcare diploma, a paediatric first aid course, a food handling certificate and a clean police conduct
Students
Students currently enrolled in a childcare course
Level 5 Coordinators
An MQF Level 5 diploma in childcare management, with paediatric first aid, food handling and a clean police conduct
